Seminar Trip

In order to build “The Best IT & Design Team in Cambodia” our company organizes seminar trips 2 times per year.
The goals of the seminar trip are :
Most of the time CEO and Team Leaders propose training subjects to help the team improve in their working and communication skills, but their can also be cross cultural trainings or more general subjects.

Training in France
In partnership with E-descom, some members in our team already had opportunities to go to France for a training in Paris. It was indeed a very good experience for them but also for the rest of the team who stayed in Cambodia. We keep in touch even when our colleagues are in France and share everything new : life in Paris, working environment, people, language, culture etc.
All of our Team Leaders come back with a full knowledge on working and social life … that they learnt from the French people.
