I-Ways Company will soon celebrate its 3rd Birthday. Our company’s main target is to deliver quality : we are constantly trying to do our best as if it were for our own use. Communication deals with creating all communication tools to allow a company to be well known and display the image it aims to give to its customers, providers and staff. Modern communication tools lay on internet or IT support: such as website, CD ROM, Powerpoint presentations etc. As we have IT Engineers skilled in software development we can expect to always find the right and best technical solutions to make all tools easy to use on the internet.

I-Ways focuses on two main activities: communication and software
Software making is mainly focused on open source technologies and I-ways forges there its success and its future with the ambition to be always on the peak of new technologies. The default of most softwares is that they do not meet the customer’s requirements in terms of functionalities. As our team also focuses on communication, we make sure that we understand customer’s requirements well, allowing them to know about the problems we meet, the solutions we propose, the delay if it happens, thus reassuring constantly our customers. Moreover, our communication team also reveals to be helpful in the improvement of navigations and design of the applications.

In every one of our project we mix Communication and IT skills ; In the way we work we mix khmer and French qualities : From khmer heritage, let us keep: hardwork, values given to quality work, honesty, serious, involvement, sense of responsibility and patience. From French heritage let us keep: autonomy, innovation, ideas, ambition, respect of deadlines, western working method, ability to report about work and motivation.

What I suggest is let us learn to know everyone’s strength, let us cope with our team-mates’ weaknesses, and create a real synergy in order to satisfy our customer’s needs and get altogether the pride of having fulfilled something even more important than the project itself : building a boat altogether, in which everyone is happy and knows his work, a boat which goes forward smoothly. Besides being modern this boat should be so smart that everyone giving a glance at it, would say overwhelmed : “where does it come from?”
